Level sensor, calibration

This function is used to calibrate the air suspension.
Calibration of level sensors should be performed when:
Note:
The vehicle will move up and down when the air suspension is calibrated. It is therefore extremely important that no persons or equipment remain in the area around or underneath the vehicle, to prevent damage or injury.
The calibration is performed by setting the vehicle in the correct driving level with the buttons in the function. When the vehicle is correctly set, the level sensor can verify that they are within the tolerance level.
The calibrated values must be within 2,40 V - 2,60 V.
Maximum difference between the sensor values +/- 0,05 V.
Always adjust the height of the air suspension in the same way: From rear to front axle.
Test conditions:
Before starting the function, make sure that the vehicle is in the following position:
Procedure:
  1. Set the vehicle in the correct level by activating the valves.
  2. Read out the sensors that they are within the tolerance (Sensors outside the tolerance level is changed by adjusting the level sensor arm to the correct tolerance level).
  3. Chose "OK" to start calibration.
  4. Calibration is complete.
