Level calibration air suspension
This function is used to calibrate the air suspension.
Calibration of level sensors should be performed when:
The control unit has been replaced.
Level sensors has been repaired or replaced.
The vehicle will move up and down when the air suspension is calibrated. It is therefore extremely important that no persons or equipment remain in the area around or underneath the vehicle, to prevent damage or injury.
Before starting the function, make sure that the vehicle is in the following position:
Constant air supply in the system.
The vehicle must stand on level ground.
The vehicle must be unladen.
The calibration is performed by using raise and lower buttons in the dialogue box. Before the calibration is performed a spacer must be placed on each side rear, between the axle and frame. The spacers size depends on vehicle type.
35 C - 40 C - 45 C - 50 C =110 mm.
Select the calibration function.
A dialogue box with level sensors is shown.
Select "Rear axle" and then press on the "Up" button to raise the chassis.
Place the spacers close to each bellows.
Lower the vehicle on the spacers using the buttons in the program.
Chose "OK" to start calibration.
Select "Rear axle" and then press on the "Up" button to raise the chassis.
If the calibration failed, check the test conditions and try again.
