Test of air lines

This test ensures that there is no leakage in air hoses and lines.

* Higher air pressure than 3.8 bar after the throttle indicates clogged measuring module or nozzle.

* Lower air pressure than 3.2 bar after the throttle indicates leakage on the nozzle side.

* Air control valve's activation greater than 80% indicates too low pressure in reservoir circuit 4, or air leakage between supply module and the reservoir.

Reference values:

* Air control valve's activation 20 - 80%.

* Air pressure before throttle 7.5 - 8.3 bar.

* Air pressure after throttle 3.2 - 3.8 bar.

Test conditions:

Procedure:

  1. Start the function.

  2. Follow the instructions in the program.

  3. The function is done.

    • If the function fails, check the test conditions and repair any faults.
