This function is used to calibrate the distance sensor for the radar.
Note:
Target plate and possible other special tools are required to perform the calibration.
Do NOT start the calibration before the target plate is correctly placed. If this is done there is a risk that the system doesn't functioning optimally.
Test conditions:
A 4-wheel alignment must be performed before the calibration.
Place the vehicle on a level surface.
Check tire pressure and adjust as needed.
No additional load or persons in the car.
Gear lever in "P" and parking brake released.
Fill up the tank completely and make sure that all fluids are filled to the correct level.
Clean the right front side of the bumper in front of the distance sensor.
Engine running.
Battery voltage above 12 V.
The same size on all wheels.
Procedure:
Start the engine.
Start the calibration.
Follow the instructions that is shown, and you will be guided through the procedure.
